An investigation of stolen firearms has led to the arrest of two men.
The firearms were primarily taken from unlocked vehicles, in Vanderburgh County.
The Street Crimes Unit identified Arsenio Smith as a person of interest.
On January 12, deputies stopped a car Smith was driving.
It was discovered that he had a stolen firearm in his possession from another county.
Further into the investigation it was determined that Smith had sold firearms to Corey Hooker of Fort Branch.
Hooker is a convicted felon and is currently on parole for firearm-related crimes.
