HALIFAX COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A funeral fund has been set up for a 10-year-old stabbed to death, allegedly by her older sister.

Mashiyah Squire was found dead on Tuesday by her mother in the backyard of their home on Beaverdam Road, outside of Enfield.



The child had been stabbed multiple times, according to Halifax County deputies.

Kaneijah Bradley, the girl’s older sister, was charged with murder.

Mashiyah was the sweetest, brightest little lady ever,” the GoFundMe fundraiser says.
