A 33-year-old mother in North Carolina was arrested this week for allegedly killing her 10-year-old son, starving the boy to death and leaving him in the house for so long that his body was decomposing when found by police Priyanka Tiwari was taken into custody on Thursday morning and charged with one count of first-degree murder and one count of negligent child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, records reviewed by Law&Crime show.
